improve the effects of exercise.M Equipment should be tried to use throughout the competition, and the pointless use of equipment and just using for visual effects must be causative of losing points (athletes should play a game with equipment more than two-thirds of the competition). |

Fitness Competition should be formed by the creative and various game using the movements and skills from the territory that integrates aerobics, gymnastics(apparatus, rhythmic), dance(jazz, hip-hop, break), martial arts, and acrobatics. |

Yoga Chorus need to be made up of Yoga poses(Asanas) mainly, and the expression and stage composition have to be creative and diverse. |
