International University Aerobics Festival
Objectives
The purpose of the University Aerobics festival shall be giving priority to fostering the University students who will be a healthy leaders of the future society, providing them the opportunity to display creative talent, and representing their competitive spirit, which will help establish Korean aerobics as a healthy sport for'all. Likewise, creating a healthy International University Sport culture, securing and to cultivate space for the practice of sport, and developing a program af the leisure time for university students will help them acquire practical knowledge. Finally, aerobics circuit training is to prevent diseases caused by modern lifestyle and lack of exercise Creating a culture of aerobics constitutes a healthy and energetic social trend with great potential to be a national sport in Korea, and an international sport for all as well.
Aim for the Festival
  • Contribuion to the peaceful coexistence of human by exchange ofsport, culture and art of the University students of the world
  • Research on the unique aerobics of foreign countries by recognizing their cultural excellence and characteristics
  • Inheritance and development of the traditional culture of Korea through International University Aerobics Festival
  • Expansion of the festival into a huge Global Village Festival of harmony between players and audiences and all of the people on earth to make our human dream come true
The Rules of Group Aerobics Competition
The number of persons for group competition is comprised of 6 to 12 persons. it is within 2 to 2 1/2 minutes to the free music style.
Group Competition Basic Requirement

1. Group Aerobics Competition
Group Aerobics Competition includes the exercises of the upper and the low body using aerobics and varying movements designed for the cardiovascular improvement and the circulatory system function.

2. Group Aerobics Equipmen Competition
Aerobics Equipment should be used to improve the effects of exercise.M

Equipment should be tried to use throughout the competition, and the pointless use of equipment and just using for visual effects must be causative of losing points (athletes should play a game with equipment more than two-thirds of the competition).

3. Group Aerobics Fitness Competition
Fitness Competition should be formed by the creative and various game using the movements and skills from the territory that integrates aerobics, gymnastics(apparatus, rhythmic), dance(jazz, hip-hop, break), martial arts, and acrobatics.

4. Group Yoga Chorus Competition
Yoga Chorus need to be made up of Yoga poses(Asanas) mainly, and the expression and stage composition have to be creative and diverse.

5. Group Taekwon Aerobics Competition
Taekwon Aerobics Competition should include the harmonious exercises of the upper and the low body combined Teakwondo and Aerobics which are good for the cardiovascular improvement and the circulatory system function.

6. Group Aerobics Cheerleading Competition
Cheerleading Competition must be the creative and active game using the movements and skills from all games. It should express cooperation and harmony of student-athletes. Furthermore, student-athletes need to show quickness and discipline.

7. Freestyle Group Competition
Each team participates in this competition should make use of and show particularities related with their traditional play, dance, and sports.
The Rules of Opening Parade Event
Parade Event plays at the opening ceremony of the march event. The traditional entrance by the teams from each country heightens the event's festive atmosphere and creates a harmonious image through a beautiful and rhythmical dance with march routine(Participation of all players with countries Team or Team flag)
